tehachapi foothills 1991
Hiking accross the southern range of the Tehachapis, I crested a hill to come across this humbling display of blue Adonis Lupines with one Albino. The perfectly lighted hills were painted with Poppies, Cream Cups, Coreopsis, and Phacelia. In the background is visible the typical dark colored scrub that populates south facing hillsides at four to five thousand feet elevation.
