The sun is just setting to the right off frame. On the shaded hill is a nice magenta spread of owls clover dappled with a few popcorn flowers and pygmy lupines. The lighting here allowed for low contrast/nice shadow details. Barely discernable on the distant valley floor is a bloom of poppies.
