There was a moment of epiphany when I came across this scene either from lack of oxygen or amazing beauty.
Ideal lighting on this hillcrest full of lacy phacelia. Take note of the fine lines etched across the hill from deposits of ancient alluvial sediment. Bentham lupines, coreopsis and poppies fill in the middle while a grand old adonis lupine balances out the fore.
