A sea of orange filling the sky is the illusion with this photo. Looking downward between two hills and onto an opposing hill carpeted with California Poppies your eye follows the lonely tracks made by a rancher's truck as it winds past the blue Globe Gilia on the left. Shot with a stiff wind at my back as indicated with the Poppies' positions.
