gorman ca 2003
The flowers of Gorman in 2003 were putting on a once-in-a-lifetime display with massive carpets of various blues. After spending a few days up close into the colors, I positioned myself on a hill facing the display to get some perspective. I saw this ridge covered with melting colors of Phacelia, Lupine, Coreopsis, and Poppies, the title describes it aptly. I recorded this on Agfa Ultra negative, a vivid saturated print film.
